Jim joined Lambie-Nairn as Chief Executive in 2014. With a diverse background as a CEO, brand strategist, marketing director, product manager and entrepreneur, his role is to shape the company’s strategy and provide leadership across its global offices, and to act as a senior advisor to clients.

In addition to Lambie-Nairn, Jim is CEO of another WPP agency, The Partners. Previously, Jim worked as a consultant to global brands including Ford, Deloitte, UBS and Vodafone. Specialising in brand strategy with a highly creative edge, he has won numerous industry awards and is a regular commentator in the media on brand and business issues. Jim has held roles as director of product and marketing for Converse EMEA, and head of merchandise for Levi Strauss UK, and was a co-founder of fashion brand Duck & Cover.
