A COLOURFUL COOKBOOK FOR O2’s THINK BIG CAMPAIGN

We’ve been working with O2′s Brand team to design a cookbook that has been sold internally at O2 in the run up to Christmas.

Following a team-building day of cookery lessons with celebrity chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, O2 UK’s brand team decided to use what they’d learnt to create their own recipe book and raise money for a really great cause – Think Big.

Think Big is O2′s Telefónica-backed CSR initiative. It encourages 13-25 yr olds to submit ideas for projects that will benefit their communities or tackle social issues and then provides practical and financial support to the selected project owners to help make them happen.

The pages feature playful silhouettes of ingredients in classic O2 indigo and white, interspersed with colourful vines, a device used throughout the ‘Think Big’ campaign creative across Europe. This provides an injection of vivid colour, and explains how the money raised from selling the books will be spent.

Shadi Haliwell, Head of Brand at O2 says “Think Big is an important part of our brand story from large community programmes to creating a cookbook internally for Christmas. The money we raise will go to our Think Big initiative which is now supporting 1,500 projects across the UK which means that we’re positively affecting 150,000 young people.”

Lambie-Nairn worked with copywriting agency The Writer and print agency Williams Lea to produce the cookbook which is available now to all UK employees at O2.
