We have recently redesigned Telefónica’s European careers website. As part of the website redesign, we revisited the website’s architecture. Telefónica’s graduate programme – Talentum – had always sat apart from the rest of Telefónica’s career offering. Talentum is now integrated into the main Telefónica Europe careers website, but remains tailored towards a separate, younger audience.
With digital experience driving the design, Lambie-Nairn London, supported by our Madrid office, created a visually engaging, responsive website with optimised navigation. The new website not only communicates the Telefónica ethos and culture, it also makes it easy for potential applicants to manage their job search and application deadlines and keep track of upcoming Telefónica events.
