Showcasing The Real STC

Saudi Telecom Company is the largest integrated telecommunications company in the Middle East. STC’s mission is to exceed customer expectations in order to reach new horizons. However, years after privatisation and despite numerous awards for leadership, innovation and customer service, STC was still seen by many customers within Saudi Arabia as institutional and bureaucratic.

Lambie-Nairn was brought in to help change these customer perceptions and to align them more closely with the STC’s real values. We created a corporate film, which contrasted the magnitude of their achievements with the significance of what the ‘little things’ can mean to a customer: more isn’t a 61% market share, it’s a single word in an SMS or a smile on a video call.
