Natural History Museum
Telling a story
The Natural History Museum is one of the world’s great public museums, a world leader in the exploration of the natural world. It is a centre for education and training and has one of the largest teams of expert scientists of its kind. But people seemed to be forgetting that, and thought of the Natural History Museum as ‘the dinosaur museum’.
We started working with the Natural History Museum in October 2013 to look at how it could better appeal to its diverse audiences – from top scientists and researchers to millenials.
We created a cohesive identity system that would hold equal relevance for scientists, government backers and their other audiences. We created a bracket device that acts as a frame for story telling.
