Bringing children together

Majid, a magazine named after its title character, has been shared and enjoyed by Arab children aged 5 and upwards every week for over 30 years. Filled with a variety of different characters and story lines, Majid is a source of fun, excitement and learning.

Our task was to refine and organise the Majid branding so that the magazine and its characters could be extended across new platforms and channels, from merchandise and events to TV shows and mobile applications. We created new brand elements for the masterbrand and key characters, using a design system that would be recognisable in busy retail environments. We also delivered comprehensive brand guidelines including full character descriptions, visual identity specifications and character costume briefs.
