A Space Without Limits

Lambie-Nairn has designed the brand identity for the Espacio Fundación Telefónica – Telefónica’s new cultural centre. The centre is an interpretation of 21st Century culture rooted in creativity, innovation and technology. Located in central Madrid the Espacio Fundación occupies a space of over 600m squared spread over 4 floors. It offers a packed schedule of debates, educational days, cinema and exhibitions to its many visitors.

Espacio Fundación Telefónica aims to inspire each and every one of its visitors. To support this ambition we created a comprehensive set of brand guidelines to enable consistent application across all touch points. We also collaborated with the architectural and client teams to develop a way-finding system and multi-media signage.

In our role as Telefónica brand guardians we were able to ensure that the Telefónica identity was correctly implemented inline with brand guidelines. We also oversaw all  communication and merchandising produced by Fundación Telefónica’s advertising agencies.
