A FRESH IDENTITY FOR A MEDIA POWERHOUSE
MEC appointed us to create an identity that would reflect its position as a leading agency in the fast-developing global media industry, providing high quality business strategy and effective communications solutions to global, regional and national clients.
We redesigned the MEC logo, using uppercase letters to demonstrate the strength and confidence of the brand and also changed the configuration of the letters to reflect the agility of the company and ability to think differently.
The project included the development of a rich and flexible toolkit including a new graphic property – a ‘portal’ which visualises the company’s exploration of new opportunities for its clients. We also devised a comprehensive set of icons, to ensure consistency across all businesses and territories.
The new identity launched globally on the 2nd October 2012 and is being implemented across the MEC website, stationery, signage and advertising.Download PDF
