The Sunday Times explores ‘nostalgia’ branding

Matthew Goodman of the The Sunday Times recently featured the views of Christian Schroeder, chief executive of Lambie-Nairn, for his article ‘Food firms bring back their old favourites’.
The piece covers the resurgence of nostalgia brands as a means of facing the recession within the food industry. “Whether a product was good or not, it’s about preaching heritage and tradition and giving people a sense of security.”
